Work with files and references

Add source material to a project and make it easy to find later.

Files and links are most useful when they live next to the brief, draft, and feedback they support.

How to

  1. Upload from the right folder

Open the project folder before uploading so the file lands beside the document or conversation it supports.

Use a name that tells reviewers what the file is for.

  2. Name links for their purpose

Save web references when the team needs to revisit them. Name the item for the idea it supports, not only the site it came from.

  3. Review in context

Open the file from its folder to keep nearby resources and comments within reach during review.

Use purpose-first names. “Client interview selects” is easier to find than “final-final-v4.”
