Use the file library

Keep video, audio, images, PDFs, and the context needed to use them together.

Upload files to the project where people will use them. Preview, transcribe, and review them in place so the work stays connected to the brief and draft.

How to

  1. Upload files from the project

Open the folder where the work belongs, then upload the file there. Use a name people can understand without opening it.

  2. Add the context people need

Keep the brief, related draft, or reference link near the file. Add a short note when the reason for keeping it is not obvious.

  3. Review without moving the file

Open the preview and leave feedback in context. For media, point to the exact moment before you write the comment.

Put assets where the work happens. A file library should reduce hunting. Do not make people search a separate drive for the source behind a draft.
