Collaborate with comments
Leave focused feedback where the person making the change can use it.
Comments keep feedback specific and decisions easy to trace. Use one thread for one question or requested change.
How to
Comment on the exact work
Select the text, frame, or file where the issue appears, then add your comment there.
Ask for a specific response
Ask for a fact check, approval, new direction, or final answer. “Thoughts?” does not give the reviewer a clear job.
Resolve it when the work is done
Resolve the thread after the change is complete. The work stays readable and the conversation remains part of the record.
One thread, one decision. Split unrelated feedback into separate threads so each one has an obvious next step.
