Start with the command menu, then learn only the shortcuts you use often.

How to

  1. Open the shortcuts reference

    Select the question mark at the bottom of the sidebar, then choose Keyboard shortcuts.

  2. Start with the command menu

    Press Command+K on Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows to open the command menu. Search for an action, place, or item by name.

  3. Keep the list small

    Add shortcuts slowly. A small set you remember is more useful than a list you plan to learn later.

The help menu stays close. The question-mark menu includes shortcuts, documentation, product updates, and support.
