Choose your appearance, sounds, feature preferences, and notification rhythm.

Preferences only change your experience. Use them to make Robert easier to read and less disruptive while keeping the notifications you need.

How to

  1. Open Preferences

    Open Settings, then choose Preferences.

  2. Set appearance and app behavior

    Choose your theme and adjust the personal controls that change how Robert looks or behaves for you.

  3. Set your notification frequency

    Choose the delivery rhythm that fits your work. Use Inbox when you want to review activity without an interruption.

Preferences are personal. Your theme and notification settings do not change the workspace for anyone else.
