Save your first swipe

Turn a post or video link into a reference your team can search and reuse.

A swipe file keeps strong examples close to the work they can improve. Save the link, then add the reason it is useful.

How to

  1. Open an inspiration folder

Create or open a folder for the pattern you collect, such as product launches, creator hooks, or customer stories.

  2. Save the source link

Choose Add link, paste a supported Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or X link, then save it to the folder.

  3. Add the takeaway

Wait for the link to finish processing, then add a short note about the hook, format, or idea you want to reuse.

  4. Use it in the next brief

Link to the relevant swipe when it informs a new idea, outline, or review decision.

What makes a swipe useful

Keep the source, the pattern you noticed, and the project where you expect to use it. A saved link without that context is hard to reuse later.

Save the reason, not only the link. A one-line note makes an old example useful when someone returns to it months later.
