Share work for review

Share the smallest useful surface and tell reviewers what you need.

Send the document, file, folder, or conversation that gives a reviewer enough context to respond well. Keep the decision in Robert afterward.

How to

  1. Choose what the reviewer needs

Share the document for a draft review. Share the folder when the reviewer also needs the files and references behind it.

  2. Write the review question

Say what needs a decision. “Does this opening match the brief?” is easier to answer than “Thoughts?”

  3. Record the decision

Add the answer to a comment or update the document when the review is complete.

Set the bar. Say who should review, what they should look at, and when a decision is needed.
