Manage client work
Give each client a clean project space for briefs, deliverables, and approvals.
Create one project per client or engagement. Keep the active brief and current deliverables easy to find, then use in-context comments to make approval requests clear.
How to
Create a project for the engagement
Name the folder after the client and the engagement. Add the brief, brand references, and key contacts first.
Separate active work from reference material
Use a small folder structure for current deliverables and long-lived reference material. Avoid copying the same file into multiple places.
Send focused approval requests
Share the smallest surface that gives the reviewer enough context. State the decision you need and record the answer in Robert.
Ask for a decision. A reviewer can answer “Approve this cut for paid social” faster than “Let us know what you think.”
